HIGH QUALITY COACHES
MoF firmly believes that the most important aspect of any learning programme is the quality of the teacher. We pride ourselves in the quality of our coaches. Our coaches make us different from other programmes, and they are essentially responsible for delivering all the other aspects of the MoF product.
1. What qualities does a MoF coach have?
The diagram shows the various qualities of a MoF coach. We recognise however that as teachers we are constantly growing, improving and developing. MoF encourages all coaches to experiment with new ideas and new ways of doing things - in order to contribute to the betterment of coaching in general, and to inform the wider discussion on how England can develop better footballers.
